Cloths & mops
Red/yellow/blue/green — rinse frequently with clean water
Colour-coded microfibre cloths (red/yellow/blue/green) against cross-contamination. They clean by mechanical scraping, static electricity and capillary absorption — often without chemicals. Typically withstand washing at 60–90 °C; NEVER use fabric softener. The exact fibre composition and wash temperature are stated on the product's data sheet.
For dry, damp and wet methods
Microfibre mops in typical widths (30/40/60 cm) for the dry, damp and wet method. Damp is the standard method for daily floor cleaning (the pad must not drip). Wash without fabric softener; the exact width, fibre content and max. temperature are given on the datasheet.
Ergonomic and adjustable
Mop frame with an adjustable telescopic handle, so the working height suits the user. An appropriate working height helps prevent musculoskeletal disorders — choose according to the BFA ergonomics guidance and the individual employee.
Hygiejnisk adskillelse af brugt udstyr til vask

Waste bag, buckets and colour-coded zones
Cleaning trolley with a waste-bag holder, room for buckets and chemicals, plus colour-coded zones. Organises the equipment by colour code, so toilet and kitchen equipment are kept separate. Hang the colour-coding chart up on the trolley.
Dosing pumps, dosing systems and measuring beakers
Dosing pump, dosing system or measuring beaker/bottle for precise dilution of concentrate. Supports correct dosing per the label and Discebo's dosing calculator. Always follow the manufacturer's dosing instructions on the product.
Keep clean and dirty water separate
Double-bucket system with a press, so clean and dirty water are kept separate. Keeps the working solution cleaner for longer and reduces the spread of soiling. Colour-code the buckets by zone.
Præcis fortynding direkte fra koncentrat på kran/station
Et fast centraldoseringssystem (dispenserstation) blander koncentreret rengøringsmiddel med vand automatisk ved tapping — eliminerer fejldosering og reducerer kemiforbrug og plastemballage. Chemistry & disinfection
Daily surface cleaning
Neutral all-purpose agent (indicative pH approx. 6–9) for daily surface cleaning; gentle on most surfaces and easily dissolves grease and dirt. Read the specific dosage, pH and hazard symbols on the label/SDS (CLP).
Limescale on toilets and fittings
Acidic agent (indicative pH approx. 0–5) that dissolves limescale, oxides and rust on toilets and fittings. Must NOT be used on acid-sensitive surfaces (natural stone/limestone/marble) and must never be mixed with chlorine/alkaline agents. Dosage and protective equipment from the label/SDS.
Grease and coarse dirt
Strongly alkaline agent (indicative pH approx. 10–14) for degreasing and heavy-duty cleaning; the higher the pH, the more powerful the grease-dissolving action. Use protective equipment and never mix with acid. Dosage, pH and hazard pictograms are read off the label/SDS.
Alcohol 70–85 %, chlorine 0.1 % or quat.
Disinfection for cleaned surfaces: alcohol 70–85 vol%, chlorine (free chlorine 0.1 % / 1000 ppm, contact time 1–5 min) or quaternary compounds 0.5–5 %. The efficacy must be documented to EN 14885. Follow the product's concentration and contact time.
Opfylder skærpede miljøkrav til certificeret rengøringsservice
Rengøringsmidler med Svanemærket eller EU Ecolabel. Version 4 af kriterierne for Svanemærket rengøringsservice (gyldig nov. 2024 – dec. 2029) kræver, at mindst 90 % af rengørings-/vaskemidler er miljømærkede (op fra 80 %). Vælg mærket kemi for at kunne dokumentere overholdelse. Dosering, pH og faresymboler aflæses på det konkrete produkts etiket/SDS. Nedbryder organisk snavs og lugt biologisk
Enzymatiske rengøringsmidler anvender specifikke enzymer (protease, lipase, amylase m.fl.) til biologisk at nedbryde organisk snavs som fedt, protein og stivelse — effektivt mod lugt og skjulte organiske rester. Bruges bl.a. i industri-, køkken- og sundhedsrengøring. pH typisk neutral; konkret sammensætning, dosering og indvirkningstid fremgår af etiket og SDS. Enzymer er ikke en erstatning for desinfektion. Machines
Large hard floors
Floor scrubber-dryer for large hard floors — washes and recovers water in a single pass. Choose the brush/pad and detergent according to the floor type (remember acid-sensitive floors). Capacity and operating data are given in the machine's datasheet.
Dry and wet pick-up
Professional vacuum cleaner or combined dry/wet vacuum for collecting dust, particles and liquid. Filter class and capacity are chosen to suit the task and are given in the datasheet.
Washer, scraper/wiper and telescopic pole
Window-cleaning set: washer (applicator), squeegee/wiper, and telescopic pole for high-up panes. Often belongs to the green zone (high cleaning, glass). A telescopic pole reduces the need for ladders.
Red, white, green, blue — pad colour determines the sanding
Roterende pads og skrubbebørster til gulvvaskemaskine/monobrush. Farven angiver typisk slibningsgrad (fra mildest til kraftigst): hvid = polering, rød = let rengøring/spray-buff, blå = skrub/vask, grøn = kraftig skrubning, sort = aggressiv afrensning (stripping). Vælg pad efter gulvtype — syrefølsomme gulve (natursten, marmor) tåler ikke stærkt alkalisk kemi kombineret med aggressiv pad. Protective equipment
Gloves, goggles and, where needed, respiratory protection
Nitrile/chemical gloves, safety goggles and, where relevant, respiratory protection when using strong chemicals. The Danish Working Environment Authority recommends gloves for wet work; for corrosive/allergenic agents the glove must be impermeable to the substance. Choose the type according to SDS section 8.
Sorting and tool holders
Colour-coded waste bags/systems and tool holders that support sorting and keep equipment organised by the colour coding. Helps separate zones and reduce cross-contamination.
