Discebo works alongside what you already use

You don't have to throw out your accounting program to use Discebo, and you don't have to key in the same thing twice. Your data is yours: it can come in, and it can go out again — including the day you want to move somewhere else.

  • Billy

    Out of Discebo

Semicolon-separated CSV for Billy's “Import til kassekladden”. One line on the debtor account and one on the sales account per document, with your own VAT code — and likewise two lines per approved expense, if you have chosen to include expenses. The columns follow Billy's fixed order A–I.

  • e-conomic

    Out of Discebo

CSV for e-conomic's import of entries into the daybook. The column order is free — you map the columns yourself in the import dialogue — so the file always has a header row with e-conomic's own field names.

  • Danløn

    Out of Discebo

Semicolon-separated CSV for Danløn's “Løn → Lønberegning → Indlæs fra fil”. Contains hours per hour type, holiday taken (converted from calendar days via the working week and the public holiday calendar), sick leave, time off in lieu taken and paid absence in the pay type and unit you have set yourselves, kilometres driven and expenses — never rates. The same file is also read by Salary (import of hours in Danløn format).

  • iCalendar (ICS)

    Out of Discebo

A calendar subscription that keeps your own calendar up to date. Works in Google, Outlook, Apple and anything else that can read iCalendar — not just the two big ones. The connection runs one way only: your own calendar is never changed by us.

Both ways. If your old system can produce a spreadsheet, we can read it — and everything here can be pulled out again.

  • BCF (buildingSMART)

    Out of Discebo

Open standard for defects and RFI between BIM tools. The job's defect list is downloaded as .bcfzip (BCF 2.1) and opens directly in the client's tool. Revit and Navisworks can read it too, but only with an add-in — which is why they are not on the list of programs the connection reaches.

  • Dalux

    Out of Discebo

Dalux Field is the most widely used defect and QA tool on Danish construction sites. The job's defect list can be downloaded as BCF and imported into Dalux Box. Their own API (key in the X-API-KEY header) is documented, but not built yet.

    • RFI

These connections aren't there yet. They are listed here because we would rather say so plainly than let a wall of logos suggest otherwise — if you are missing one of them, write to us, because that moves it up the order.

  • Dinero

    Out of Discebo

We could not find a public, login-free description of Dinero's import columns. Any Dinero file from here would therefore be guesswork — and a guessed bookkeeping file looks entirely correct, right up until the money sits in the wrong account. The adapter opens the day the format is confirmed from the source. If you use Dinero today: download the Billy file and ask your bookkeeper to look at it, or write to us and we will take it up with Dinero.

  • Dataløn (Visma)

    Out of Discebo

There is no freely available technical reference for Dataløn's import file — only a terms PDF behind a partner agreement. We do not build a payroll file on a guess: a file that looks right but puts the hours in the wrong pay type costs an employee money, and the error is only discovered on the payslip. The adapter opens once the format is confirmed from the source. If you use Dataløn today, download “Neutralt grundlag” and key it in — or ask us, and we will take it up with Visma.

  • Ordrestyring.dk

    Out of Discebo
