These terms apply when you as a private person or business take out a paid subscription to Discebo. By completing a purchase you accept these terms.

The capacity

A subscription provides access to Discebo's professional tools: calculators, templates, articles, quizzes, tests and AI assistant across the subjects your subscription covers. Access is personal (or seat-based for companies) and delivered digitally as soon as payment is completed. The professional content is advisory and does not replace engineering, applicable standards or the assessment of an authorised professional.

Price and payment

• Monthly subscription: 79 kr per month incl. VAT.
• Annual subscription: 790 kr per year incl. VAT (prepaid).
• Company subscription: 49 kr per employee per month excl. VAT (seat-based).

Payment is handled by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store your complete card information. Prices may change with reasonable notice a price change does not affect an ongoing prepaid period.

Duration, renewal and termination

Your subscription runs until it is cancelled and renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annually) at the then-applicable rate. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and you retain access for the remainder of that period. There is no commitment period beyond the paid period. A prepaid annual period is generally not refunded upon cancellation mid-period, subject to the right to withdraw below.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have 14 days' right of withdrawal from the date of the agreement. Since the subscription is a digital service you have immediate access to we ask you at purchase to give explicit consent to the delivery starting immediately and to acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires when delivery has started. If you do not give this consent you retain your full 14-day right of withdrawal.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at the above email address within the deadline. Companies (commercial purchases) have no right of withdrawal.

Confirmation of purchase

After purchase you receive a receipt from Stripe as well as a confirmation of the agreement with these terms. Save the confirmation as documentation of your agreement.

Responsibility

Discebo is a learning and support tool. All professional content — calculators, templates, figures and guidance — is for guidance only. It is your own responsibility to check results against applicable standards, legislation, manufacturer instructions and the specific circumstances, and to involve an authorised professional where required. We are not liable for losses resulting from decisions made solely on the basis of the platform's guidance output.

Complaint

If you are dissatisfied, please contact us first at the above email so we can find a solution. If this does not lead to agreement, you can as a consumer complain to the Centre for Complaint Resolution, House of Councils, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg (naevneneshus.dk). Complaints about our handling of your personal data should be directed to Danish Data Protection Authority.
