Breaks down organic dirt and odour biologically
Enzymatic cleaning uses specific enzymes (protease, lipase, amylase etc.) to biologically break down organic soil such as fat, protein and starch — effective against odor and hidden organic residues. Used in industrial, kitchen and health care cleaning. pH typically neutral; specific composition, dosing and contact time appear on label and SDS. Enzymes are not a substitute for disinfection.
