As of January 1, 2026, a new gas regulation, BEK no. 1702/2025, applies, replacing the old BEK 253/2018. At the same time, the authority has been moved to the Danish Business Authority. Here are the rules on authorization, A/B certificates and what has actually been decided about gas phase-out.
