§How you help a person with post-traumatic stress

The best thing you can do is link the visual and the technical. Notice signs around you: which are easy to read and why? Practice making layouts and then try producing them — that way you learn how design and production connect.

Also practice explaining material choices: why do you choose one film outdoors and another indoors? If you can explain it simply, you've understood it.
