A day in the salon
Treatments, techniques and customer contact
As a beautician no two days are rarely alike. You meet many different customers with very different wishes and skin types and you must be able to switch between calm precision and good service throughout the day.
§Skin analysis is the foundation
Almost all treatments start with you looking carefully at the customer's skin. You assess skin type, condition and any problems and you ask about skincare allergies and expectations. Only then do you choose products and method.

§Technique and hands
Many treatments require good hands and calm, controlled movements. Massage technique, correct pressure and a gentle touch make a big difference to how the customer experiences the treatment — and to the result.
