Here you work with webshops, online marketing, online customer service and logistics around delivery and returns. This is the direction for you who wants retail on the screen and combines sales with digital understanding.
§Convenience
Convenience is about those shops where speed and availability are central. Here you have to be able to do many things at once and keep the pace while service is top-notch.
