Snow chains / snow nets

Winter driving on slippery surfaces

Snow chains (snow nets) for the bus's drive axle tyres for use in snow, ice and extreme winter conditions. Type and assembly depend on the bus's tyre dimension and the operator's winter plan — verify compatibility before the season. Source: general operator practice; specific requirement and permission: the Road Directorate / road authority.
