  • 01Date, patient, owner and species/breed.
  • 02Weight (basis for dosing).
  • 03Procurement of new operating equipment
  • 04Preoperative assessment, e.g. ASA class.
  • 05Fixed and pre-medication per prescription.

§Løbende notering

  • 01Note time and values with the agreed interval.
  • 02Record all medicine given: preparation, dosage, route and time.
  • 03Note events (start, important phases, problems, interventions).
  • 04Clearly mark deviations and what was done.

§Waking

  • 01Continue monitoring and noting until the patient is stable.
  • 02Record temperature and warming in hypothermia.
  • 03Note pain assessment and pain relief given.
  • 04Clearly mark when the patient is assessed awake and stable.
