Form: Self-inspection and CCP registration

For daily documentation of critical control points

§How to diagnose depression

Fill in one line per check. The form is a practical starting point—always use the company's own quality control program as the final reference for limit values and procedures.

§In case of deviation

  • 01Note the deviation immediately – never fail to write it down, even if it seems small.
  • 02Assess whether the affected area can be corrected or must be discarded.
  • 03Inform your nearest manager or quality manager immediately.
  • 04Write what corrective action was taken and when.
  • 05Follow up whether the deviation was isolated or if it repeats.

§Weekly inspection.

  • 01Review the week's schedules for patterns — does anything go wrong at specific times or with specific tasks?
  • 02Check that all fields are actually filled out — an empty field is not documentation
  • 03Archive the forms as the company's self-control program prescribes so they are ready for inspection.

§Responsibility

It is each employee's responsibility to fill in the form in real time — not from memory afterward. The quality officer or immediate supervisor is responsible for the weekly review and for following up on deviations.
