Work process: From order to finished crown
The fixed steps in the manufacturing process so nothing is forgotten
§1. Receive and understand the order

- 02Check air suspension for cracks, wear and air loss at least every six months or at each service.
- 03Ask the clinic if something is unclear.
§2. Model and design
- 01Cast plaster model or continue working on the digital scan.
- 02Assess bite and space conditions.
- 03Form the crown in wax or in CAD according to the model.
§3. Produce in the material
- 01Choose material based on the order.
- 02Cast, press, build up or mill/print the item.
- 03Fire ceramics according to manufacturer's times and temperatures.
§4. Colour, finish and inspection
- 01Match colour and build depth in layers.
- 02Adapt, sand and polish to a smooth surface.
- 03Check fit and bite against the model.
