Step by step from planning to executed relocation
§1. Plan

- 02Choose the right aid (lift, slide plate, standing frame).
- 03Find out if the task can be solved alone or requires two people.
§2. Prepare
- 01Set the bed or chair to good working height.
- 02Remove obstacles lock wheels and create space to work.
- 03Check that aid is clean, whole, and working
§3. Communicate
- 01Tell the citizen what will happen and what you expect.
- 02Arrange a signal so you do it in time.
- 03Ask if the resident is ready before you start.
§4. Execute
- 01Stand stably, bend at the knees, keep the load close to your body.
- 02Let the aid do the heavy work — don't lift by hand.
- 03Avoid twisting the back and work calmly and in a controlled manner.
