Template: application for sign permit from municipality
The information the municipality typically needs to process a sign case
Use the template to gather information before you or your customer contact the municipality about a new facade sign, pylon or other sign structure. It saves time in case processing and reduces the risk of the application being returned with questions.
§1. Property information

§3. Always attach

- 03Dimensions and possible construction description if the sign is heavy or large
§4. Send and follow up
Send the complete information to the municipality's building department and note the case number and date of submission. If further information is requested it is often fastest to reply with the missing items from this template all at once rather than sending individual information continuously.
