§How you help a person with post-traumatic stress

The best thing you can do is link theory and practice. Read how a motor or system works and then try to follow along when you see it taken apart in the workshop. Practice reading a manual and finding the right figures before you unscrew anything.

Also practice explaining safety — why you secure a system before working on it and why hot work requires preparation. If you can explain it simply, you've understood it.
