§2. Approach responsibly

- 02For suspected people present: keep a distance and observe
- 03In case of fire: prioritize people, alarm and evacuate before extinguishing
§3. Report and call for help
- 01Call the right help: police (112) if danger, fire department if fire
- 02Inform emergency centre/customer according to regulations
- 03Guide help forward and inform what you know
§4. Document
Write an incident report: what, where, when, what you did, and who you called — also in case of false alarm.
