Work process: a glued joint that holds
Step by step from dry assembly to binding so joint sits tight and strong
Follow these steps when you need to glue and assemble. The sequence is important — the glue gives you only a short time, so everything must be ready beforehand.
§1. Dry assembly
Assemble the parts without glue first. Does everything fit? Are the angles square? Are the joints tight? Correct any unevenness now while it can still be remedied.

§3. Glue and assemble
Apply an even, not too thick layer of glue to both surfaces. Join quickly and calmly while the glue is open. Too much glue just gives waste and stains; too little gives a weak joint.
§4. Press and check

- 02Check that piece is still square and not twisting
- 03Wipe excess glue off with the damp cloth immediately
§5. Follow-up inspection
When the adhesive is set, you check the joint: is it tight, are there glue residues to scrape away, and is the piece square? Only now is the joint finished.
