Ask the questions and note the answers in the customer's own words — they are often worth their weight in gold in troubleshooting:

- 03How often does it happen — constantly or occasionally?
- 04When did it start and did anything happen before (workshop visit, kerb stone impact, wash)?
- 05Are there warning lights, and when do they turn on?
- 06May we test drive the car? YES / NO
