A wood product becomes good when each step is executed properly and in the right order. Use this work sequence as your backbone.

§1. Drawing and planning

§2. Setup

§3. Production

  • 01Keep an eye on that the machine runs as it should
  • 02Be aware of worn tools, heat or unusual noise
  • 03Check topics continuously so an error is not repeated

§4. Quality assurance and delivery

  • 01Measure the finished parts according to the drawing
  • 02Check joints, edges, and surface
  • 03Note deviations and repair or scrap
  • 04Prepare and deliver the parts properly
