Use the form each time the crane is put into operation and as the basis for the log the company must keep on inspections and maintenance.
§Daily inspection (crane operator, before work starts)
- 01Visual inspection of wires hooks and visible straps for damage
- 02Inspection of hydraulic hoses and visible seals for leaks
- 03Functional test of emergency stop
- 04Functional test of load limiter and warning signals
- 05Inspection of lights, horn and other signal functions
- 06Note any observations before the crane is used
