Product cost per treatment

What do products cost in one facial treatment?

Answer: A facial treatment uses a little of many products: cleanse, peel or mask and serum or cream. Each product costs the purchase price divided by the content times what you use per customer. The calculator adds three products and disposable items together to make the treatment's product cost, which you can enter in the treatment price calculator. Use your own measured consumption per treatment or the manufacturer's instructions in the product manual.

Formula

Pris pr. ml = indkøbspris ÷ indhold i ml

Kost for ét produkt = pris pr. ml × forbrug pr. behandling

Produktkost = produkt 1 + produkt 2 + produkt 3 + engangsartikler

  • Use the purchase price excl. VAT, if the clinic is VAT-registered. Product cost is a variable cost: it must be included in the treatment price on top of the hourly rate.

Når du skal prissætte en ansigtsbehandling, skal du vide, hvad produkterne koster pr. kunde. De fleste produkter rækker til mange behandlinger, så prisen pr. kunde er en lille del af flaskens pris. Beregneren lægger tre produkter og engangsartiklerne sammen, og du kan sætte resultatet ind som produktforbrug i behandlingspris-beregneren.

Step by step

  1. Find indkøbspris og indhold for hvert produkt på fakturaen.
  2. Mål eller find forbruget pr. behandling i produktmanualen.
  3. Del prisen med indholdet og gang med forbruget for hvert produkt.
  4. Læg de tre produkter og engangsartiklerne sammen.

Typical errors

  • At bruge udsalgsprisen i stedet for indkøbsprisen.
  • At glemme engangsartiklerne. Vatrondeller, papir og handsker koster også.
  • At gætte forbruget. Vej krukken før og efter et par behandlinger, så tallet passer til din måde at arbejde på.

Klassisk ansigtsbehandling

Din ansigtsbehandling bruger 4 ml rens fra en flaske på 500 ml til 320 kr, 10 ml maske fra en krukke på 250 ml til 450 kr og 1,5 ml serum fra en flaske på 50 ml til 380 kr. Vatrondeller og spatel koster 8 kr.

I din luksusbehandling bruger du 5 ml rens fra en flaske på 200 ml til 260 kr, 15 ml maske fra en krukke på 200 ml til 520 kr og en hel ampul på 2 ml fra en æske med 14 ml til 700 kr. Engangsartikler koster 12 kr.

Rule of thumb

Et serum til 400 kr for 50 ml koster ca. 8 kr pr. ml.
