- 03Are there old items, test pieces or scrap lying around and taking up space?
§2. Put in order
- 01Do frequently used tools have a fixed place close to the machine?
- 02Is the placement or behaviour around it unusual?
- 03Can you find what you need without searching?
§3. Systematic cleaning
- 01Has the machine been cleaned of chips and debris after the last task?
- 02Are there signs of wear, leaks or loose parts found during cleaning?
- 03Have measuring tools been cleaned and stored correctly?
§4. Standardise

- 02For new colleagues or apprentices where things should be?
