What does one piece cost and what does whole order cost?
Answer: When you want to price a series of turned or milled parts, you convert machine time to pounds with your company's machine hourly rate and add material. Set-up time is paid once and spread across all parts, so the piece price falls the bigger the series is. The hourly rate is your company's own (it covers machine, operator and overhead), so you enter it yourself.
Maskintid = opstillingstid + antal × styktid
Maskinomkostning = maskintid (timer) × maskintimesats
Kostpris pr. emne = maskinomkostning ÷ antal + materiale pr. emne
Margin and VAT are added afterwards (e.g. with the Calculation and margin tool).

Opstillingen pr. del = sats × opstillingstid ÷ antal. Ti gange så mange dele giver en tiendedel.
Kostpris pr. del × antal skal give ordrens kostpris.
