Polishing is what raises a piece from finished to beautiful. It is done in several steps from coarse to fine.
§The sequence
- 01First remove scratches and solder residue with fine files or abrasive.
- 02Work from coarser to finer stages.
- 03Polish to the desired shine.
- 04Clean the piece thoroughly for polish residue afterwards.
- 05Check surface in good light for scratches and sharp edges
