- 01Write the dish name and all ingredients, including sauces, stocks and garnishes.
- 02Mark which mandatory allergens each ingredient contains.
- 03Note risk of cross-contamination in the kitchen.
- 04Specify whether the dish can be adapted to an allergen-free version.
- 05Keep the template updated if the recipe changes.
