Standard points in a planned inspection
§Motor and fuel
- 01Check oil level and condition; change oil and filter per service plan
- 02Check air filter and replace if needed.
- 03Drain water separator and check fuel filters.
- 04Look for leaks and worn hoses.
§Hydraulics and transmission
- 01Check hydraulic oil level and filters.
- 02Look for leaks at cylinders couplings and hoses.
- 03Check transmission and gear oil per specification
§Electricity, safety and moving parts
- 01Check battery, lights, signals, and warning lights
- 02Check brakes, steering and safety equipment.
- 03Lubricate according to lubrication plan and check belts/tires.
- 04Read off and note down any fault codes.
