Checklist: preparation and inspection before customer delivery
The final check before the machine leaves the workshop
§Inspection of the work performed
- 01Are all holes and cracks in facade/foundation sealed?
- 02Has tools and parts been cleared from and around the machine?
- 03Has the area been checked for leaks after the repair?
- 04Is drainage free from clogging?
§Test drive
- 01Test run and check that the symptom is gone.
- 02Check relevant functions: hydraulics, transmission, brakes and lights.
- 03Listen for abnormal sounds and watch for warning lights while driving.
§Handover
- 01Note oil levels, lubrication and any recommendations.
- 02Explain to the customer what was found and done.
- 03Close the case in the workshop system with documentation.
