How the basic course is structured on the 4 schools
A shift between two production batches is one of the situations where errors easily creep in. Use this template to plan the transition structured.
§Before the shift
- 01Complete the documentation for the previous batch completely
- 02Remove all remnants of previous batch's components and materials from the station
- 03Update program, setup and settings to the new product
- 04Confirm that the correct components for the new batch are retrieved
