Checklist for good soldering
How the group composition affects the group dynamics
Review the points so each solder connection becomes bright, whole and reliable.
§Before you solder
- 01Is the soldering iron warm and the tip clean?
- 02Are surfaces and legs clean and free of grease?
- 03Is there extraction or good ventilation?
- 04Is the component turned and positioned correctly?
§While you solder
- 01Heat both leg and solder joint, not just the tin.
- 02Add appropriate solder so the joint is covered evenly.
- 03Keep the part still while the solder cools.
§After soldering
- 01Er forbindelsen blank og jævn (ikke mat og kuglet = kold lodning)?
- 02Are there no bridges/short circuits to adjacent pads?
- 03Place the flask in the holder and switch off after use.
