Control form for PCB before handover
Visual and electrical inspection so the circuit leaves the bench in order
Review the print in this order and note the result before it leaves your bench.
§Visual control
- 01Are all components in place and facing the right way?
- 02Are the solder joints shiny and smooth — no dull, granular (cold) joints?
- 03Are there no unintended solder bridges between adjacent pads or leads?
- 04Is the pressing equipment (flat press/vacuum press/membrane press) prepared and maintained?
- 05Are there no visible cracks, burnt areas, or loose traces?
§Electrical inspection.
- 01Is there no short circuit between supply and ground (measured before first power-up)?
- 02Is the supply voltage present and correct in the right places?
- 03Have key signals been measured and compared with the expected?
- 04Does the function work as a whole — not just the individual parts each on their own?
