- 01Education record/log is kept continuously and signed by the apprenticeship business.
- 02All mandatory school periods are completed and documented
- 03Practice certificates from all training locations have been obtained
- 04Any absences or deviations are clarified with the school in good time

§The final project
- 01Topic for the project is chosen and approved by the school
- 02Professional issue is formulated clearly and delimited.
- 03Relevant background material (sources, own observations, data from the place of practice) has been collected
- 04Practical demonstration is planned and agreed with the training location if it is included
- 05Oral presentation has been practiced at least once for a colleague or teacher
§Practical on the day
- 01Necessary work clothes and equipment are prepared the day before.
- 02Transport to test site is planned with good margin
- 03Any aids or materials for the practical exam are packed
- 04Contact information for stage manager/examiner and school are available
