- 01Count the animals and confirm all are present.
- 02Observe behavior, movement, and general condition.
- 03Check appetite and whether yesterday's food is eaten.
- 04Check water: clean, fresh, and sufficient
- 05Look for signs of illness damage or abnormal droppings.
- 06Check that fences, gates and facilities are complete and secure.
§Completion of the round
- 01Feed according to each species' plan.
- 02Perform necessary cleaning and refill bedding.
- 03Note deviations and observations in the logbook.
- 04Report sick or injured animals further to responsible person/veterinarian.
