- 01Is the hoof wall intact and free of cracks or loose parts?
- 02Is the sole firm and without tender points?
- 03Is the straw healthy — without bad smell or soft, dissolved particles?
- 04Is the white line clear and seamless?
§Balance
- 01Are the walls evenly long from side to side?
- 02Does the hoof's angle match the leg's axis?
- 03Do type and dimension match what the task or procedure requires?
