Checklist: shelf inspection — daily, weekly, and yearly
Inspection of pallet racks per DS/EN 15635 — ready to print and sign.
Use the form as a fixed routine: the daily inspection is performed by truck drivers as part of their work, the weekly round by a designated employee with recording, and the annual inspection is commissioned from a technically competent person with a written report, ref. DS/EN 15635. All impacts are reported IMMEDIATELY — regardless of visible damage.
§Daily (all truck drivers — report deviations immediately)

- 01☐ Review all aisles — especially look at the bottom 1-2 metres of the posts
- 02☐ Check that load signs are posted, legible and not exceeded
- 03☐ Check collision protection and end protection for damage and fastening
- 04☐ Look for deformed/bent posts, braces and deflected beams
- 05☐ Check that shelving feet and anchor bolts are intact
- 06☐ Record all findings in damage log below with classification
