§Study guidance: First aid and fire

First aid and firefighting are practical subjects that must be in your body. Theory gives understanding, but it is repetition and practical exercise in the course that enables you to act calmly when it matters. Read therefore with the goal of being able to act — not just knowing.

You must be able to do this
