How the journey works at three different levels

- 01What happened? (e.g. accident, cardiac arrest, fire)
- 02Where did it happen? Give as precise an address or location as possible
- 03How many have been injured?
- 04How is their condition? (consciousness, breathing, bleeding)
- 05Who calls, and from what number can you call back?
§While you talk
- 01Speak calmly and clearly
- 02Feel free to put the phone on speaker so you have your hands free
- 03Follow the emergency centre's guidance — they can guide you in, for example, CPR
- 04Put the instrument in place properly so it is not damaged
