What the school gets — shown as it looks
This page gathers the tools we went through at the meeting. Every picture is taken of the real page in the system — not drawn, not a sketch. Where there is no picture, it is because there is no real one to take yet, and the reason is given instead.
Notes about a student — with three circles of recipients
A note can be written without being shared with everyone: the category decides who sees it — the school's own staff, the student or the parents.

…and what the student can see
The student sees their own notes and those written for the parents — never the school's internal ones. It is not a setting that can slip: the category IS the access.

The work placement goals as a checklist per student
The school can see how far each student has come in their work placement — goal by goal, in four steps from «has seen it» to «can do it alone» — without calling the company.

Drag files in — the same field everywhere
Files can be dragged in, clicked in or pasted with Ctrl+V. It is the same field everywhere you hand something in — on a phone too.

The teacher's link collection
The teacher gathers their teaching links in one place and shares them with the class, so the students don't have to dig through a message from last Friday.

My calendar does what you would expect
Your own appointments are created and edited directly in the calendar, and a personal note can be attached to any appointment — including one you were invited to.

A meeting is a place, not a notice
The meeting has documents, links and notes like a case — and the participants, the head of programme included, see the notice and the material straight away.

What it takes from the school
Nothing to install. Teachers log in in a browser, and students use the same thing on their phones. The school decides which classes come on first.
If you need a data processing agreement or an overview of which personal data is processed, both are available:
