A form for visual inspection per DS/INSTA 800: record types of soiling per object group and count occurrences. The actual accept/reject limits are read off in your own licence.
Introduction
The form is used for the visual inspection of an inspection unit (up to 100 m²). For each object group the types of soiling found are recorded, and accumulations (0.5 × 0.5 m concentrations) are counted. The result is compared against the agreed quality level.
