Control form for 4-wheel alignment

Documentation of wheel angles before and after adjustment

Fill in the form at any 4-wheel measurement. The manufacturer's specifications are looked up in the workshop data for the specific model and variant—never measure against 'usually'. The form is saved on the work card as documentation.

§Preparation (must be in order before measurement)

  • 01Tire pressure adjusted to prescribed pressure on all four wheels.
  • 02Pattern depth and tire size uniform in appropriate scope on the same axle.
  • 03Haze in steering and wheel suspension checked — worn parts replaced BEFORE dimensioning.
  • 04Vehicle loaded according to manufacturer's specification (fuel/cargo), suspension set in place.
  • 05Measuring tool and quality control refined; tolerances become a shared language
  • 06Steering wheel centred and locked during adjustment.

§The goal says the part is big enough. The surface says if it will hold.
