• 02Clarify purpose: fashion choice (extensions) or need (hair loss/wig).
• 03Choose method based on hair type and desired durability (tape, keratin, weft, clip-in).
• 04Match colour and structure precisely between hardener and natural hair.

§Attachment

• 01Distribute weight and tension evenly — avoid sections that are too tight or too heavy.
• 02Avoid placement directly in weak or thin-haired areas.
• 03For wig: measure head shape correctly and adjust edge/hairline to face.
• 04Inform the customer of care products and forbidden products near the attachment.

§Follow-up

• 01Book follow-up salon visit after 6-8 weeks when extensions are moved down as own hair grows.
• 02Check hairline and attachment points for signs of pulling or irritation
• 03Ask about care at home and correct habits that burden the attachment.
• 04Note method, products and date in the customer file for the next visit.
