Chains, sleds, hydraulic cylinders and mast profiles

Load-bearing parts of the mast assembly: lifting chains (steel, articulated), sled, hydraulic cylinders, and mast profiles in duplex or triplex design. Chains are inspected visually during daily checks and checked by a qualified person during the mandatory 12-month inspection — stretched, bent, or cracked chain requires immediate replacement (BFA 'Trucks' 2023, p. 23).
