The calculators only illustrate the physical principles. The actual permitted load for a given load centre and lift height is ALWAYS read from the individual truck's own load chart (capacity plate).

Step B — Stability
Assess stability as a moment balance about the front axle: does the load moment stay within the permissible moment from the load chart?
Step C — Load chart
Read off the load chart: interpolate the permitted load between two lift heights you have read off — never beyond the chart's end points.
