§How you help a person with post-traumatic stress

Linking theory and practice. When you learn about a cut think about what it is suitable for and how it is cut. Practice knife technique and recognizing quality by color smell and structure. The more you work with meat in hand the better you understand the subject.

Also review hygiene and cold chain until it's solid. These are topics you both need to be able to explain and act on every day in a slaughterhouse.
